Job description
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy with a strong focus on IT hiring, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
- Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process.
2. C&B Framework Development & HR Policy Advisory
- Advise and partner with the Board of Directors (BOD) on the design and implementation of compensation & benefits schemes, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Build and refine a competency framework to support career progression, performance evaluation, and talent development.
- Design incentive and reward mechanisms that motivate performance while supporting business goals.
3. Internal Communication & Culture Building
- Develop internal communication strategies to drive alignment, transparency, and employee engagement across departments.
- Foster a positive work culture by facilitating open feedback loops and promoting organizational values.
4. Labor Law Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and provide expert guidance on employment relations, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and internal rules in accordance with legal and organizational changes.
5. HR Operations & Team Collaboration
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations while collaborating with TA, C&B, and admin teams to deliver consistent and people-centered services.
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR practices with business objectives, contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Requirement
- Female, born in 1991 or older (from 35 years old).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Manager or equivalent leadership roles.
- Direct experience working in an IT company (experience in IT Infrastructure is a strong plus), with an organizational scale of 30–50 employees.
- Must have actual people management experience, leading a team of at least 3-4 members (candidates without direct staff management experience will not be considered).
- Strong professional background originating from Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (especially in closing IT & Tech/Infra roles) and Internal Communication.
- Proven hands-on expertise in C&B Strategy and Organizational Development (designing salary structures, HR policies, competency frameworks, and career paths) rather than pure C&B administration/execution.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, compliance, and employment relations.
- Personality: Active, dynamic, and youthful traits to successfully engage, connect, and blend into an IT corporate environment.
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written (working directly with management).

💰 Salary & Reporting Line:
• 30,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND Gross
• Report to: Managing Director
